MemoryWorks Express is a monthly scrapbook kit program that delivers a new kit to your door every month. This is an exciting way to offer new products each month. Please refer to the following guidelines regarding the MemoryWorks Express program:
• When you purchase a MemoryWorks
Express subscription you will be
automatically billed each month via your Paypal subscription.
If your Paypal subscription is not up-to-date with payment information,your subscription will be cancelled.
• A MemoryWorks Express subscription is an
on-going subscription; you will continue to
receive the kit and be automatically charged
for payment monthly, unless a cancellation is
requested.
• Along with the monthly subscription,
customers are required to pay the shipping
fee and applicable taxes associated with the
subscription.
• If you order a subscription and the kits for the
current month are sold out, you will be placed
on a backorder list and notified by email. In
this circumstance, the system will store your
subscription and automatically activate it
when the next available spot opens up
(usually within the next month or two). Once
your subscription is activated you will be
assured a kit monthly unless you request
cancellation. Your Paypal subscritpion payment for that month(s)
will be refunded entirely until your subscription is active.
• Customers are not permitted to skip the
receipt of a kit for any reason during their
subscription.
• If you would like to cancel your subscription,
send written notification via email to your MemoryWorks Consultant
You must receive an email confirmation confirming
cancellation; if you don’t receive this email
please contact your Independent Consultant to ensure it
gets cancelled. Cancellations occur for the
current month if you’ve notified your Consultant
before the 18th, after which the cancellation will
take effect the following month.
• If your subscription has been cancelled and
you would like to re-subscribe, you will need
to purchase a new MemoryWorks Express
subscription through this website.
• Due to the nature of our program, all kits are
non-refundable (the only exception to this policy is
in the case where you have terminated your
subscription and we have failed to process
it).
• You can be assured that all kits are
packaged to arrive in excellent condition.
However, if your kit has
sustained substantial damage, due to
circumstances beyond MemoryWorks’
control, we will make arrangements and you
may return the damaged kit and replace it
with a new kit; if the particular kit is no longer
available we will refund your purchase.
