- Please make all payments payable to your personal MemoryWorks consultant. Your local sales tax (based on your shipping address) will be added to your order.
- Please be aware that by law MemoryWorks shipping & handling charges are taxable in all states except AK, DC, DE, ID, IL, MA, MT, NH, NJ, OH, OK, OR and WY.
- Due to circumstances beyond MemoryWorks and our independent scrapbook consultants’ control, some product selections may be back-ordered or unavailable. Please inquire for a product availability update for any particular product selection. MemoryWorks reserves the right to make product substations with similar products or equal value and consistency in case of any unforeseen circumstance beyond MemoryWorks control.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your MemoryWorks product, you can return all unopened and unused items for an exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds. Books, punches, and magazines may not be returned. Returns are accepted on a pre-authorized basis only.
- Due to limitations in the printing process, actual product colors and values may vary. MemoryWorks will not be held responsible for any damage or loss to your photographs or memorabilia. Cancellation
You have the right under federal law to CANCEL your order transaction within THREE BUSINESS DAYS, without any penalty or obligation, from the date of the original transaction on your customer order form. If you opt to cancel your order, any payments made by you under the contract or sale will be returned to you within TEN BUSINESS DAYS from the date of receipt of your cancellation notice.
